Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Somali Football Federation<\/strong>, is launching a project aimed at enhancing sports infrastructure by installing high-quality artificial turf at designated stadiums across three Somali regional states: Jubaland (Kismayo), Galmudug (Galkacyo), and Hirshabelle (Jowhar). The project seeks to promote youth engagement, local sporting events, and community development.<\/p>\n<p>This Call for Proposals invites technically capable and experienced companies to express interest in being pre-qualified for the upcoming tender process. Pre-qualified companies will be invited to participate in the final bidding and tendering stage of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To pre-qualify construction, engineering, and turf installation companies with relevant experience and technical capacity to implement artificial turf installation projects in Somalia. Only companies that meet the pre-qualification criteria will receive the final Request for Tender (RFT).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The scope of the final project will include, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Site assessment and ground preparation<\/li>\n<li>Supply and installation of artificial turf<\/li>\n<li>Drainage and irrigation systems (if necessary)<\/li>\n<li>Perimeter fencing and basic seating areas (optional, based on final design)<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance plan and staff training\n<p>4. Eligibility Criteria for Pre-Qualification<\/p>\n<p>Interested companies must submit documents demonstrating their capacity in the following areas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Company Profile and Experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 Valid business registration\/license in Somalia or internationally<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of proven experience in artificial turf installation or similar infrastructure projects<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in working in challenging or remote environments, preferably within Somalia<\/li>\n<li>List of similar projects completed with references and contact details\n<p><strong>B. Technical Capacity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Description of technical team and qualifications of key personnel (project managers, engineers, turf specialists)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Details of equipment and machinery owned or accessible for turf installation<\/li>\n<li>Quality assurance and safety procedures\n<p><strong>C. Financial Capacity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Audited financial statements or bank statements for the last 2 years<\/li>\n<li>Proof of ability to mobilize financial and technical resources for the project\n<p>D. Legal and Compliance Requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Tax Compliance Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Company registration certificates<\/li>\n<li>Proof of no pending legal or contractual disputes\n<p><strong>5.
