The Somali Football Federation (SFF) hereby invites sealed tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the\u00a0completion of the Administrative Block and the renovation of hotel rooms<\/strong>\u00a0at the Federation\u2019s facilities in Mogadishu, Somalia.<\/p>\n

The scope of works includes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Completion of the unfinished Administrative Block (structural, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and furnishing works).<\/li>\n
  2. Repair and refurbishment of hotel rooms to modern standards, including civil, electrical, and mechanical upgrades.<\/li>\n
  3. Associated site works to ensure full functionality of the facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Eligibility Requirements:<\/strong>
    \nInterested contractors must submit the following:<\/p>\n

    1. Certificate of Incorporation\/Registration.<\/li>\n
    2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.<\/li>\n
    3. Evidence of similar works completed in the last five (5) years.<\/li>\n
    4. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years.<\/li>\n
    5. List of key personnel and equipment.<\/li>\n
    6. Proof of ability to mobilize resources within the required timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
