COL: AHMED MOHAMED HASSAN.<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The SFF Disciplinary and Ethics Committee received a legal report referenced SFF\/LO\/017\/2026, dated 08\/02\/2026, issued by the Legal Department of the Somali Football Federation and signed by Legal Counsel Ahmed Abdirahman Ali.<\/p>\n<p>The report concerns allegations against the former Chairman of Horseed Football Club, Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan.<\/p>\n<h1>FACTS OF THE CASE<\/h1>\n<p>The case concerns conduct by the Respondent consisting of participation in activities aimed at undermining the legitimate governance and unity of the Somali Football Federation, including chairing a meeting held on 21 June 2025 to establish a parallel football administration, in violation of Article 2 (E and G).<\/p>\n<p>The Respondent committed acts damaging to the reputation of Somali football, lowering its dignity and credibility, and creating instability within the football system, in violation of Article 33 (2) (A, D, F) of the SFF Disciplinary and Ethics Code.<\/p>\n<h1>CONSIDERATIONS OF THE COMMITTEE<\/h1>\n<p>The Committee considered the investigative report, documentary evidence, and the Respondent\u2019s failure to submit a position despite proper notification, in accordance with Articles 75 and 77 of the Code.<\/p>\n<p>Notifications were sent as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ref: GAA\/018\/2026 dated 16\/02\/2026<\/li>\n<li>Ref: GAA\/018\/2026 dated 23\/03\/202<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>GROUNDS OF THE DECISION<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Having examined the investigation report issued by the Legal Department of Somali football Federation dated 08\/02\/2026.<\/li>\n<li>Having noted that the Respondent failed to present a<\/li>\n<li>Having considered that the evidence submitted is sufficient to render a<\/li>\n<li>Having taken into account Articles 43 paragraphs 2 and 3, 65, 75, 77, 82, 88, 89, 90 and 97 of the SFF Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Regulations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>DECISION<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Ahmed Mohamed Hassan is found responsible for a violation of Article 43 (paras. 2 and 3) of the SFF Disciplinary and Ethics Code.<\/li>\n<li>Ahmed Mohamed Hassan is hereby sanctioned with a <strong>ban<\/strong> <strong>from<\/strong> <strong>taking<\/strong> <strong>part <\/strong><strong>in any football-related activities at all levels for a period of one (1) year<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ahmed Mohamed Hassan is ordered to pay a <strong>fine of USD 1,000 (one thousand United States dollars)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>This decision is subject to appeal before the competent body in accordance with Article 102 of the SFF Disciplinary and Ethics Code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This decision was issued on 28 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/14hoaoLspQdtc_LWyJAUn9Oq51jIn6cqi\/view?usp=sharing\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/14hoaoLspQdtc_LWyJAUn9Oq51jIn6cqi\/view?usp=sharing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SUBJECT: NOTIFICATION OF DISCIPLINARY DECISION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 97 CODE OF ETHICS OF THE SOMALI FOOTBALL FEDERATION CONCERNING MR.
