Subject: Invitation to Tender – Completion of Administrative Block and Renovation of Hotel Rooms

To: All Eligible Contractors

The Somali Football Federation (SFF) hereby invites sealed tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the completion of the Administrative Block and the renovation of hotel rooms at the Federation’s facilities in Mogadishu, Somalia.

The scope of works includes:

1. Completion of the unfinished Administrative Block (structural, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and furnishing works).
2. Repair and refurbishment of hotel rooms to modern standards, including civil, electrical, and mechanical upgrades.
3. Associated site works to ensure full functionality of the facilities.

Eligibility Requirements:
Interested contractors must submit the following:

1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
3. Evidence of similar works completed in the last five (5) years.
4. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years.
5. List of key personnel and equipment.
6. Proof of ability to mobilize resources within the required timeframe.
